Current Work
Exhibitions
Akron Art Museum – Apollonova
Apollonova was a group of artists who painted together at events like the Akron Art Museum. They also had gallery shows where they painted live together on the same canvas, rotating from side to side.
Waterloo Gallery – Clampdown
Beth created paintings illustrating the division of political thinking between the right and left and how they both wanted to take care of their families. The division, at the time Beth created the paintings, was primarily around policies.
Solo Show – Brandt Gallery
Beth exhibited artwork at Brandt Gallery, questioning the relationship with phones and how they affect conversation. The show Ricerca dell ‘amore (Search for Love) looked into the impact of intimate relationships and the impact of social media, texting, and doom-scrolling.
Graphic Design
After many years working for companies, ad agencies, and her design studio, Beth amassed quite an extensive portfolio. Review some of the work at yurichcreative.com.
